1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 5326 platform via the website 5326.bet or our mobile application, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5326 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 5326 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
The 5326 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age are not permitted to register or use any of our services under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full suite of 5326 services, you'll need to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. 5326 recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Notify 5326 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
5326 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 5326 user, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You are not permitted to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Spreading false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the platform.
- Engaging in any activity intended to defraud 5326 or other users.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
Any breach of these terms will result in immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent closure of your account, and we reserve the right to refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 5326 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including Boost, Touch 'n Go, FPX, and various credit or debit cards.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid. 5326 is not liable for any failed transactions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the user.
Important payment requirements:
- Users must only use payment methods registered in their own name.
- The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most supported payment methods.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen method.
- 5326 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users.
Any refund requests or transaction disputes must be reported to the 5326 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension
5326 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the platform's fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
In the event of technical disruptions, system maintenance, or any circumstances beyond 5326's control, we bear no liability for temporary inability to access the platform or any related losses.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
5326 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of any of the stipulated terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete the required identity verification process.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
Account balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of 5326's internal investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5326 platform — including logos, text, graphic designs, user interfaces, software code, and all related materials — is the exclusive property of 5326. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 5326.
Third-Party Links
The 5326 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 5326 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
5326 reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 5326 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal procedures under Malaysian jurisdiction.
